So far is a good microwave oven.

Had to replace the one we had that came with our new home, that is 5 years old. that was a Frigidaire. I am not sure how long they are supposed to last. But I am hoping this one last longer.

Good Product but mutiple mishaps

Upon delivery, it was noticed that the upper right rear of unit was severely dented. BB called to offer a Whirlpool and new delivery/install. When new unit was delivered, it was discovered that install could not be performed due to tile and glued on old bracket. As I paid for removal as well, they removed the packaging for the new unit which had the mounting template for me to install new unit. Mounting the new support bracket for the new unit will be very difficult with out the template. I contacted the store and they are investigating.
