The only issue I have is with the installation instructions. I recommend a 1/16 of an inch gap between the bottom of the cabinet and the microwave hanger rather than flush with the bottom of the cabinet. Also, the diagram to locate the screw holes is misleading as to placing the diagram against the wall. The line that goes against the wall is 1/4 inch in from the outside line on the diagram. The reason is because of the raised imprint on the hanger.

I like the instant start for 1-6 minutes and the add 30 seconds feature. It has a two level light, a two level fan, a turntable and uncomplicated controls. The only thing I wish it had was a way to dim the brightness of the clock.

The writing should have been in brighter numbers/letters or lit up. I have to get very close to read the buttons. My microwave broke just as my parents arrived for a 2 week vacation. I was tight for money, this one was under 200.00. I ordered it online. I wish I had gone to the store to see what I was buying.
