I called Best Buy to get the filters, but they said that since it's open box, they were not required to help me.

My husband and I researched and decided which one we needed to get for her. We were shopping and having no luck finding it in stock even though it showed it was. Low and behold I googled what I wanted and it showed up on the Best Buy site cheaper than what I was finding it on sale. Ordered it right then and there and headed to pick it up. Got it installed and she is very pleased with it. My husband loves the look of it!
