Should have been a quick swap but the bracket and bolt configuration changed making it more difficult to install. Good item for the price. The buttons are not as sensitive and you do have to press harder on them to get them to work.

Stainless microwave

We could not get it to fit until we realized there was a new hanger attached to the back of the microwave. It cooks well. The range light is bright. The biggest drawback is that one cannot read the control buttons in dim light. The lettering is light on black, but not visible without the full overhead light turned on.

Very nice microwave

The surface light is nice and bright too. The only negative is the buttons are hard to read. I bought this online and didn’t see it in person. I read someone else say this same thing and dismissed them as being blind. Well no you got to get up close to read the buttons. The print on the buttons is a charcoal color on a black button. Other than that a great microwave.

Great Service.

I contacted GE and was able to set up an appointment through one of their repair shops. They contacted me very quickly and were out fast and fixed the problem as fast as they could even having to wait on parts. GE also contacted to make sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. The service was excellent and will for sure but GE appliances in the future.

Good product poor salesmanship

The sales person wasn’t much hep and the he gives me the wrong microwave even after I questioned him and cashier about the difference in price. The microwave works well but the sales people need a little retraining.
