It has great features including quick buttons - push the 1 button and the microwave automatically turns on for 1 minute. Cooks our veggies nicely and quickly heats hot water for tea. We run the exhaust to the outside which is great but I can also re-circulate the air if you don’t vent it outside. I would recommend this microwave.

When I went to pick it up the gentleman that took care of me did an excellent job. Very good customer service. Now, the microwave......I bought the exact same one 18 months ago. It shorted out and of course the warranty was up. I loved the microwave though. I purchased the same one because all the hardware for putting it above my stove was already there. First one worked great, nice size, even cooking. I just hope this one lasts longer

I hope this one lasts like that one! It's a decent unit for the price for sure. Though it isn't as quiet as the old one and not nearly as solidly built. It's been good otherwise so don't be afraid of getting it, especially if you find an open box deal like I did!

Also don’t expect it to remove steam/smoke from the front burners but that’s not really specific to this model. The clock numbers are unreadable outside of 8-10 feet from the unit. Installation of the filter is a bit of a pain. Can’t speak to longevity yet.

The only thing that would really be nice is if the control screen would light up at night. With it being a black color it's hard to read the options at night.
