You'd ask, "Why do you keep buying it if you give it only three stars?" Well, in an unfulfilled hope that I would be able to remove my old broken one, put there a new one, screw in the bolts, and be done with it. No way. They are changing something every time - like positions of the holes you have to drill in the shelf above the microwave. If they kept positions and design of their connection hardware the same year over year, I'd have given it five stars.

It replaced a GE that stopped working when it ran for more than 5 minutes (highly disappointing), I bought the warranty for this one just for that reason.

Exhaust fan seems louder on both low or high speed and there is only one light under the microwave instead of two.

Our cabinets had been installed to accommodate this specific microwave. It has all of the necessary bells and whistles as well as a strong fan and bright light. We will keep on buying it as long as they keep making it!
