Heats food way better than our old microwave ever did and 2 minutes is more than enough time for most of our reheating operations. It took at least 4 minutes with our old dorm size clunker.

The door has some weird discoloration on it that was not easy to see until it was installed. My elderly parents could not deal with having to pay to have it installed, then uninstalled, then put in again. It would have cost more than the microwave itself.

But GE is supposed to be sending it to me! They where more helpful than the Best Buy employee that we spoke to about the problem!
