Same basic features but the new one is noticably quieter. Works well and was nice to be able to use the same wall bracket as the old one. The template for mounting to the top cabinet is a bit confusing though. Took a while to figure that part out, otherwise install would have gone much quicker.

It may or may not meet your aesthetic needs.
