This was a replacement unit for a 15 year old GE Profile that died after many years of good service. This new microwave works well and has the basic features we use. Only issue was that the first unit delivered had a wonky turntable - it jerked and thunked when rotating. Best Buy delivered a new one that works fine. A bit of a pain to replace as I did not pay to have them do it.

Ge products are always good. This one especially a replacement for my existing one. Came in my budget

Purchased based on consumer reports review. Now one month old and working fine. No complaints.

We've had the microwave about 2 weeks now and it is performing very well. It's a little less powerful that our last one so a few adjustments have to be made. It runs quietly. There was a cosmetic flaw with the first one and the Geek Squad crew ordered a new one for us and set up an installation. The second microwave was in excellent shape. Both Geek Squad Crews were excellent. Very pleased with their work.

Replaced the same model that broke after just 16 months. Chose same one so I wouldn’t have to install all knew hardware and installation holes and hardware. Would really like to have the buttons illuminated so I don’t have to turn on the kitchen lights to see what I’m entering

I really like my microwave. It look so nice and works great.

Works just fine. Mine is under cabinet and vents outside. The only warning is that we installed the bracket flush with the bottom of the cabinets. I would drop the bracket down 1/4'. When I tightened the front mounting bolts the microwave was not level. Either the wall is not straight or the cabinets are not perpendicular to the wall.

excellent replacement for previous microwave very easy to use and install

It was fairly easy to install, but instructions not always clear. So far I really like it.
