I prefer the GE models with the instant start buttons--just one push and I have from 1/2 to 6 minutes of cooking. My model has the second level shelf brackets but I have not used that feature. The one feature that would be very nice is a capacitor in the clock circuit to keep the clock time during power company switching. Even a two second capability would work.

Replacing an old Kenmore that was about 10 years old. This didn't have the cooking probe, which was never used by us anyway. Otherwise, it is nearly identical to the old Kenmore. Recommended by an appliance repairman.

Basic Microwave

I bought this because it looked closest to the cafe series microwave that I needed to replace (discontinued model). Not nearly as nice but for the price point it’s nice.

The new model was almost an identical replacement. Easy to use button layout, can vent externally or internally (with charcoal filters included). 30-second quick cook. Would recommend to anyone looking for stainless steel microwave.

The exhauster mesh is coming out - whenever we use exhauster So maybe a check is required to make sure it’s properly installed!!
