I really like that the timer bell is much louder and can be heard all over the house, it has a light with 2 levels and it has a pause function for checking foods.

It's a basic microwave. Not happy it doesn't let you mute or adjust the beep tone. It looks OK and will hopefully last.

I went to Best buy and had a wonderful associate who helped me with what I needed. He did not try to sell me the most expensive thing or the trendiest one. I wanted the same brand and a simple one and that's exactly what he showed me... So appreciative!
