    I've had the same microwave for 20 years and when it broke I wasn't sure what to do! I went to Best buy and had a wonderful associate who helped me with what I needed. He did not try to sell me the most expensive thing or the trendiest one. I wanted the same brand and a simple one and that's exactly what he showed me... So appreciative!

    very easy to understand and use.............looks very good......... am having issues with the turntable being smooth in running.......seems to be rather jerking in nature.....may have to refer to GEEK SQUAD for service.........however i believe it will serve us well over time........
