I have several gripes with this microwave. But let me say that it cooks my food great and even temperature every time with little to no splatter. It’s great in that respect. The install was easy enough. I did it myself. I imagine that was like installing any other brand. However, the buttons are extremely hard to push. I really have to bear down on them to get them to work. And the vent fans on the bottom are too small for my needs. I cook a lot and they don’t do a good job at all at taking the smoke/steam away. I position the exhaust fan correctly and have it venting through the roof. The Hi fan setting is super loud and it does not suck out as much smoke as my previous microwave. The Low fan setting is too low and a joke. The lights underneath get super hot - especially if you leave them on overnight, which I do to act as a night light. It looks great and cooks the food great, but it’s operations are not good. Wish I had of gone with a different text model. The microwave I replaced was a 19 year old HotPoint microwave. It was awesome at all the things that my new GE does terribly, but it started to have problems cooking the food. Also, the vent flap on top of the GE is annoyingly loud.

It fit the space perfectly and was exactly as expected. So far, seems to be better than expected. The vent fan is a bit loud, but not as bad as the previous microwave.

We bought this unit as a no-frills replacement for the one that came with our house. It matches the other appliances perfectly and has all the functionality we need at a reasonable price.

The cost of over the stove microwave are expensive if you want a nice one. I was very glad to find one at a reasonable cost a Best buy. I'm very satisfied with my purchases and the sales man was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Thank you

Didn’t like this microwave— it does its job and heats up your food as advertised, but I didn’t like the look or the feel of it. Looks wise, it doesn’t look quite sleek. Usage wise, you have to press Time Cook before entering how long you want to microwave for (seems like a small thing, which it is, but it is very annoying to have to press it every time!). The door closes and opens very smoothly. I am returning it for a sleeker microwave with less button pushing for my food.

All the the basics needed to do most of what I do every day.

My first exact same model lasted 18 months. There was a short in the electronics that would make it periodically shut on and off. It’s got a decent aesthetic look to it but the build quality is far from being good. I tried it a second time around so far it’s lasted three months. Only reason why I bought it again is because I didn’t feel like changing out the plate on the back. Sad that companies don’t warranty their products for longer than you get them out the door anymore. I’d say purchased this at your own risk.

Needed to find a replacement for my 20 year old Whirlpool and was limited to 16.5" high. All the new Whirlpool are over 17". Found this at Best Buy for a great price. Has all the microwave features I need and a good stregth 300cfm fan. Also the stove surface lights are towards the front which lights the surface more evenly. I don't have one negative comment.

As this is kind of a barebones model, there's not much to blather on about. Microwave cook food good. Almost too good, to be perfectly honest. After using an older Frigidaire model for years, we're still not used to how fast this one heats things up, but given that we can actually use this microwave, that's a "flaw" we can learn to live with. :)

Inexpensive(179.99) stainless steel replacement for my 16 year old G.E. above the stove microwave. The touchpad is black and hard to read in low light conditions. It would have been nice for G.E. to use the same mounting bracket as my older one. That would have made the installation easier.

Was actually easy to hang on the wall and works great
