I would like for the interior light to be on more. I don't like that it dosen't have a middle shelf like previous ones I have had. Your sales staff couldn't have been nicer...even the greeter. Good for our usage

We've had it for about 2 months and so far it's working fine. Installation was complicated- it took 3 of us to remove our old one and install this. Read directions carefully and have someone with some handy person knowledge- we recruited our son.

Great and easy to use Micro Wave

We were not disappointed. It has worked flawlessly, and other than a slight learning curve to learn the new buttons, we have put it to good use. Best Buy had the one I chose in inventory and I haven't regretted the purchase.

Good microwave

So far, we are very pleased with it. I do like the "express cook" 1-minute increments, + the add 30 seconds feature.
