This unit works as anticipated. Only complaint is that it is a little loud. I also observed that the window appears to show steam on the left side but it quickly goes away after the door has been opened when removing the food.

I wish this one did too. But other than that, thus has been a good microwave thus far.

It was a painless experience picking up at the store. Not sure if everything is good we have not installed it yet. The only disaappointment I had was i was unable to use my birthday credit that was sent to me.

Installation was difficult with a backsplash going up too high, but they dealt with it. I had another installer from another place that aborted the installation.

I was unable to have it repaired as they did not make parts for that model any longer. However, I was able to find this model which is almost the same and fits perfectly in the same spot as the other one.
