Installation take time, based on your skill level, but not impossible. Improvement on prior model: the vents are now hidden along the top of the door frame for a neater look. All in all, would definitely buy again.

Microwave has everything I need
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only con is that the clock numbers are white and my other GE appliances are green, easier on the eyes early in the morning :) The microwave works fine, does all the things you need it to. The men that installed it were excellent! The curve on the handle matches my other GE appliances almost, but really close.

Great replacement

The staff was in front of the store in a small group doing very little that was obvious to the naked eye. The microwave is operating as expected.

Not as good as the one I replaced

Installation was a terrible process. None of the holes required matched my old unit so I had to measure where to place the 3 bolt's and drill new holes and I also had to figure where the hole was needed for the electrical cord. My previous GE Microwave replaced another GE Microwave and at that time all of the holes lined up perfectly. Some of the operational functions on the new Microwave have changed from the old so I have to re-learn how to use this new one. When this one dies I won't be so eager to replace it with another GE.

Beautiful addition

The only problem is the control buttons are hard to read on the black background, especially at night. It would be better if they were brighter.
