I love my new microwave. The lighted features are bright and easy to read. I don't understand why the handle is not one smooth piece. The seem in the handle is going to be hard to keep clean.

I really like the over-the-range microwave; however, it was more difficult to install it than advertised. If I had the chance to do it over again, I’d upgrade my purchase to include installation.

This is a great low-end replacement Microwave. Nothing fancy, but does the job well. A bit noisy when running but heats things in a timely/proper manner. The door closing noise is pretty loud, but that isn't a very big deal.

Overall good experience with purchasing microwave from Best Buy. We used their installation services which was well worth it. The installer put it up in under 30 minutes.

Works great! Fan is loud, but I rarely need it. Cooks popcorn great! My old countertop microwave would burn it before it was all popped. Auto defrost is a bit strong, tends to "cook" the food a bit.

Works great, doesn’t have a shelf but haven’t missed having one.

This microwave is almost exactly the same as the one we replaced. I hope it lasts longer than the last one.

My husband and friend decided to replace this themselves it was a little more difficult than I thought. The motor had to be switched around the template was not the same as the one that was on the wall which was the same microwave only nine years old but all in all it's good

I have purchased this GE over the range microwave oven to replace the existing one with a broken handle. I was so surprise to find this microwave exact replacment after 20 years and it fit perfectly since it is an exact replacement and was an easy installation since it fit into the existing slot. Perfect. The oven have serve me well for 20 years. A great oven.

I bought this to replace an existing GE unit that died. I wanted to use the same bolt holes. Unfortunately, this unit doesn't have the fan blowing out the front, so I had to buy an adapter that pushed the front lip out past the cabinet and thus changed the bolt holes anyways. The unit itself is fine. It works like any other microwave should nowadays.

Pretty standard microwave. Heats well and is quiet when doing so. Door is a little loud opening and closing which can be annoying for late night snacks. But overall it's a good working and looking unit.

This microwave is adequate for our needs but was mainly chosen because it fits the existing space. (It replaces our old GE microwave.) Unfortunately, it doesn't seem as solidly built as our old one which lasted for 13 years.

I wanted an over-the-range microwave in white to match the other kitchen applicances. This model had good reviews in a consumer magazine. I shopped three other stores that had this model and your price was the best, especially after a $10.00 rewards coupon.

Love the microwave, just don’t care for the turntable. It’s sits to high.

Replaced an old 18 year old Kenmore that still worked during kitchen upgrade. Looks great, and has worked fine. Doesn't seem to cook popcorn like the Kenmore did, but that's minor. Great customer service in store and during delivery/installation.

This microwave is ok but was missing the top. It might be returned and sold it again.

Does the job.. a lot of functions. Just that the spinning plate stand is not sturdy. Otherwise ok.

So far so good. And it looks really good in the kitchen.! Vent is a bit loud, but what microwave isn’t? I do like that it’ll beep to remind me I have something in the microwave.

Everything that you expect from a microwave but the only issue is the vent system. it feels like the pull is very low and should be for the price it works great
