Had it installed for ~week so far, and it’s performed well. Installation guide and templates for drilling to attach to cabinets were off, and had to manually measure.

Nice big rotating plate, it can cook and set timer at same time and is easy to clean. I hope this lasts longer than the Samsung microwave we replaced this with.

Pieces around it just kept breaking and was beyond repair. Plus it lost that nice white look. So far this microwave is every bit as good. We had it installed and was worth the service thru Best Buy.

Only beeps once as a reminder the time has lapsed, where other microwaves beep four or five times. I do wish the illuminated buttons cast more light though. Difficult to see at night.

If the overhead lights are not on, you cannot see the buttons. This unit would be very difficult for some people to use.

The larger area to microwave is very nice change.

The only issue I had with it is the cord only exits the unit on the top and I needed it to exit on the back. I was able to make it work though.

No issues to date, everything works as it should. Operation is straightforward. 1 touch express cook is nice feature. Seems to vent from the stovetop w/o issue, 2 speed fan is nice.

It looks very nice and has an easy to understand and operate control panel. It also heats faster than any microwave we’ve ever had.
