The installer really knew what he was doing and made the experience super easy. The unit I purchased was very similar to the unit I already had and failed finally after 17 years. I was sort of wondering about the service from my original call, getting transferred from person to person, but finally got on the phone with Jessica, she was very professional and very nice. All in all, a very good experience and I am very happy with the new Microwave.

Bought this to replace an older GE. We loved the last one and this one is even better. Clean design, easy to install, and easy to operate.

Great Microwave. It’s a good size and hears food quickly. It does make a high pitched sound when the vent is at full throttle which may bother some ears. And the exterior easily shows smudged and finger prints so it will need to be wiped down often. Otherwise no complaints.

All we wanted is a basic over the range microwave oven. We bought this oven to replace the GE Profile came with the house. The dimensions are exact the same. Most of the time we use the oven to warm up food and drink. This oven is perfect for us. We got a good deal with 30% off. We installed the oven ourselves. The instruction was very clear. Installation was easy. It took us about 1 1/2 hour to replace the oven including reconnect the exhaust duct with a new section of duct. The GE Profile lasted about 10 years. Hopefully, this one will last as long.

I purchased this over the stove microwave for my son to replace the old broken one. It is a gem in function and in the bisque color which goes with his stove and refrigerator. I am delighted, thank you . Lucinda Oliver

This is a great Microwave! We got it on sale and couldn't be more pleased with it! Fortunately they had a couple left in stock at the Best Buy near me! My husband was able to go pick it up within a couple hours and my brother and husband installed it same day! Praise the Lord for that! I have COPD and needed certain things Microwaved! I feel very blessed to have found this jewel of a Microwave! I would recommend Best Buy! They are always helpful to me and I truly appreciate them!
