I said I won't accept this one because inventory showed 5 pieces in stock. He wasn't happy about going back and getting me a better looking carton. As for the microwave, I'm hoping to get at least 5 years out of it. The same previous model lasted 6 1/2 years. I had a Panasonic Microwave prior to purchasing GE and that one gave me 16 wonderful years of service. Engineers are now hired to make new units fail right after the warranty expires. This is the new norm. Get ready for it. That's all I can say.

Great price point at Best Buy. Has all the bells and whistles a micro should have and more importantly was available in bisque which is a deal breaker for me due to my current kitchen theme. Existing vent hole location matched up perfectly which made the process so much easier, and the micro operation and vent fan are relatively quiet. Also nice to get one with a well known name like GE.
