We've had it for about 5 weeks now and we are currently having no issues at all. I would recommend to others and would buy again. The guy that installed it for us said that he has the same item in his home and he has installed lots of them and that I had made a great choice.

Very difficult to install, even with 2 able bodied people. Professional installation should be recommended or a "difficult installation" disclaimer should be placed on all above the range microwaves!

My old microwave died at 6:00am on Saturday and I had this new one installed by 8:00 pm the same day. I took the measurements and bought the new one online, picked it up and installed it all ourselves. Perfect!
