Total tech is a good purchase

We bought on sale and since we had signed up for the total tech, installation and delivery were free. Saved $200 over a sears micro that was never delivered after 3 months.

The only negative comment we have is that you really have to find the “sweet spot” on the buttons/keypad and press HARD in order for it to recognize what you want it to. Otherwise it is nice and large, easy to clean, but a little more noisy than our old one.

Installation instructions were easy enough that I was able to install it myself with a drill & bits, and included hardware. You might need a stud finder if doing first install not a replacement.

Great microwave, long setup

Setup was a bit difficult in that the instructions are not directly specific to this model. Also the outline for where the screws line up for a shelf above where the microwave hangs failed to be helpful. As far as use of the actual microwave everything has been great and it’s quiet.

Gets the Job Done

I didn't need the ones with the invite buttons for all different situational functions, so this fits my preferences and (more importantly) my budget.

Works well, nice and quiet

It is quieter than the old one. The only downside is that the labels on the keypad are hard to see, sort of a light gray color, need to put on my glasses to see them.
