    Microwave works great, however, if you are looked for the model in the photo, you will not get it. The model is completely changed and will not match previously installed models, meaning the installation will need to be from scratch.

      While we’re glad the microwave is working well for you, we know not getting the model you expect must be concerning. If you received a different model than the one you purchased and want to reach out to Best Buy about this, their customer service is available at 1 (888) 237-8289. If you received the model you ordered but aren’t happy with its design, we can advise that as well as similar models being released over time, design changes may also be made to models over the years. For over-the-range microwaves, we can also advise the hardware (including the mounting bracket) that comes with the new unit should be used. Changes may have been made to the hardware design even if the model is the same, and we cannot speak to the compatibility, safety and reliability of using old hardware with a new microwave.     We purchased this microwave but actually had to return it. We purchased our home and it already came with this microwave. We thought it was on its last legs because we didn’t know how long the previous already owned it but it wasn’t thus we returned the new one. It’s a great size. Plenty of room inside for big plates which is why we wanted to replace it with the same model.

    this was an open box deal so the price was great...and it replaced a GE model we had for 12 years ..used the same mounting hardware...but there was actually no box..it was a brand new returned item...never installed..had a tag that said all parts were there...they were not..the 2 screens for the fan were missing...$59 a piece on the GE parts site...called GE and they said I qualified for warranty...always check the open box deals...

    This was an open box purchase, I saved $60! It was just like new, and some microwave units are very hard to find right now. It came in bisque and matches the kitchen cabinets perfectly, and even though it was an open box, it works and looks just fine! I was even able to get it same day with curbside pick up, what could be better? Happy customer and fine looking kitchen!

    Looks good and perfectly matches my white GE Profile stove. Works well. Control panel easy to read. I don’t like the tinny sound as I open and close microwave door. Hope it isn’t a sign of weakness in the future. But, for now, I’m happy with my choice. Also, price was good.

    I had Whirlpool over the oven for a number of years. The GE is a replacement unit. It took a couple of uses to get used to the short cuts the GE offered. Rather than put in the full cooking time, I like putting in the numer such as 3 and the unit starts running at 3:00 minutes or just 1 and it starts at 1:00 Too get longer times you have to enter button Cook Gime 3:15 or whatever over3:00 up to 4. A time saver

    I bought this microwave oven to replace the same model I bough that lasted 3 years and 4 months. This helped me to swap out the oven with little work. I did not have to change the support bracket in the back. The price I paid is the same I paid more than 3 years ago. For the price I have no complaints. Just wish that it would last a little longer. Looks like 3 to 4 years is the life of a microwave oven now.
