    Overall experience at the store was great first time I've had an under the counter microwave and I'm very very happy with it works wonderful. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs it I got it because I have a GE stainless steel oven range and it matches perfectly, but definitely coming to Best Buy to buy anything I need again.

    I purchased a microwave and I am satisfied with the product. the installer was quite professional and cleaned up after the installation What I did not get was a owners guide to making sure i i am working with it properly.     simple and similar to what I had before Other reviews complain about the numbers not lighting up - I don't have a problem with that, I don't need it & my old one did not have that feature

    Installed easily. No problems at all. It works great with the buttons to express select 1 to 6 minutes with just a push of one button. also allows to to add 30 seconds while it is cooking. Or just heat something for just 30 seconds. Has a light and exhaust fan that runs at two speeds. A really nice unit.

    It looks elegant, low noise, easy to instal, I replaced the lights by led bulbs and I like it better. I dont give five stars because keypad is dificult to read in low light and door closing mechanism feel cheap. I am afraid to break it anytime I open it.

    Unit was purchased to replace near identical 25 year old unit. The new microwave oven has a number of upgraded control features. It reminds me of the feeling one gets when replacing an older auto with a current model and first experiences all the electronic features that now come standard. Installation service was outstanding..

    Purchased to replace the same model which failed after about a decade of use. Suspect the redirect vent flow setup at our house was part of the failure, but decided that 10 years of heavy use was acceptable. For the price, you can't beat the features, even if the touchpad is starting to look a little dated.

    The price was good. We needed to replace an old microwave. The microwave looks good it's a nice size however we have some fogging issues on the door and some of the functions aren't there like I thought they would be. There is no function to Cook vegetables only the function to warm it up. Is the popcorn function that I found
