This exactly the "over the stove" microwave oven we were looking for. We bought on sale and since we had signed up for the total tech, installation and delivery were free. Saved $200 over a sears micro that was never delivered after 3 months.

The seller was prompt in supplying/delivering, the item functions as specified, It is easy to install and operate.

After dealing with a mediocre counter top microwave, this is powerful and allows me to cook using bigger dishes. As it fits over the range, I have more counter space again.

It works faster than my old basic: no fry or convection, just what I wanted. Buttons are hard to press and leaves finger marks. A good size for me with a 12 inch rotating glass plate.

Product works as intended except cooking times are longer than on my previous GE Microwave even though the power level is set on maximum. ge

Exact replacement for our old GE microwave. Buttons are similar and functions beautifully. Install was easy and BB crew were in and out in 15 mins.

So far microwave working as intended. Very nice looking in the kitchen. Purchase and delivery went smoothly. I need a credit for 1 aspect and credit was given without argument and posted to my credit card account as planned. I am well pleased with Best Buy on this purchase.

Bought this to replace the same model from 10 years ago. Thought it would be the same or better. Turned out to be cheaper and worse in terms of quality. Also, the bolts are not in the same spots and the mounting plate changed. I thought it was going to be a simple swap, but it required a bit more effort than expected. The touch pad is cheap. Pressing certain buttons make a cheap plastic creaking sound which didnt happen my old unit. The blower unit also makes a high pitch noise that didnt exist on my old microwave. If you're sensitive to noise, you may want look elsewhere. The door is very light and feels cheap. The top edge of my door was grinding against the adjacent edge of the microwave housing or cover. It made a popping sound every time I opened the door. I had to get a screwdriver and hammer to reshape the metal housing to fix the problem. Bad QC by GE. There is only one light bulb instead of two found on older models, so this one is dimmer but still ok. Otherwise, the microwave works fine.

Replacement for previous microwave that died after 8 years. Basic functions but heats well. Large plate. Wish it had a rack to cook more than one thing. The previous version had one. For the money it's a bargain. Easy functions, bright light inside and outside. Fan works well

This piece of junk didn’t even last 2 years. It never worked great to start. The vent doesnt work. Heating takes a long time. The sounds for the buttons and finishing stopped working in under a year. The display numbers started flickering also. But just under 2 years it stopped doing its one job - heating food. Best Buy Geek Squad charges $104 to come diagnose problem, which i already knew what it was. Then it was going to be over $300 for them to repair it. That’s more than the microwave cost new!!! GE couldnt have cared less since warranty only for 1 year. Absolute junk.
