    Had to buy a replacement as ours went out. Looked at many places. This one just seemed to be the best. It is great cooks better than the old one. Great size for a family. Holds a lot.

    The microwave over my range died and I purchased this one as a replacement. Although they were both GE, the buttons were in different places. It took me awhile to learn the new pattern, but the microwave works great.

    This replacement is very cheaply made! Very thin; inside not as deep; inside gets extremely hot when night light is on; missing convenient food cycle recommendations. The only pro is that the price was reasonable.

      We would like to address the issue you're having with your microwave being hot. It is normal for the bottom of the microwave floor to be warm because of the light but not hot. If this is the case, we recommend that you have one of our Bodewell technicians out to asses.     Not sure how this model will hold up just installed it.. Previous GE products don't hold up like they used to.. But I had no choice had to get this model cause of the size

    Works fine but the panel design is not as convenient as my old Warmore. This one needs more presses if you do not want take whole minutes and you have to find the tiny Cook Time button first.
