    The touch pad it not illuminated very well hard to see ! Fairly easy to install.

    Unfortunately the microwave was missing parts and the manual, so although I saved a little money buying it "open box", I had to waste time figuring out how to install it without the bracket, screws, correct plate, and I had to buy the missing grease filters. I called Best Buy to get the filters, but they said that since it's open box, they were not required to help me.

    I needed a GE SS microwave to replace my broken one. This was a no-brainer and works great. Also, if you are replacing other GE over-the-range microwaves, please know that you do not have to do another mount or anything and you can use the same mount, but different hole at the top cabinet.
