    Replaced a 16 year old countertop microwave that was still running. Wanted to get it off the counter so opted for an OTR microwave. Had to route new wiring in an old house for a dedicated plug/circuit. Didn't run any duct work out to the outside, the vent would work better, but dont have access to do it. Switched it to recirculating. Bought black to match stove and dishwasher. So far so good.

    We purchased the same model as the one we needed to replace, but the installation holes were in a different configuration. We had to bring in a carpenter to modify our cabinets. Your people just said they couldn’t do anything about it therefore we had another person do the installation. Poor information from your people just caused us additional cost. Really a sad predicament.

    5 stars for delivery time. 5 stars for features. 2 stars for installation. Unit this replaced was basically the same model (with different model #) as the new one...BUT...GE changed the mounting bracket and all mounting hole locations. Would have been much more customer friendly to keep things consistent. Could have been a 5 minute job to replace.
