So far, we are pleased. We hope it lasts longer than our previous one (Samsung) that only lasted 4 years and could not be repaired. It is easy to use and happy we were sble to get a white one!

Locks works and fits perfectly for my needs and the amount of money I wanted to spend. The installers were polite, efficient, and told me a couple things that I wish I had known earlier about this machine installation. All good and I do it again

We bought this one to replace our last one that lasted almost 20 years (the handle broke of our last one otherwise it worked fine). It's very pretty. It works well. Easy to use. The problem is that in low light it's almost impossible to read the key pad.

Great product, makes me realize how old my old one really was, less time to cook everything now. Only thing I'll mark it down for is that it does seem a bit noisy for a brand-new product, I wouldn't expect all the little creaks and squeaks to start appearing until a few years in. BE PREPARED FOR SOME HARD INSTALL WORK! It was easy for someone like me who does a lot of home repairs and installations, but a novice may want to just hire someone and save yourself the headaches.

Great microwave! It came with easy to follow instructions so installation was a breeze. It's beautiful and has Al the functions I'm used to.

this is a perfect microwave for a small to medium size family that just need basic microwave needs. This is not fancy and over-priced microwave but it does its job without any issues. It makes perfect popcorn too.

It works great! Just the size for my needs. It matches with my other appliances.

It fits perfectly where my previous GE Over the Range Oven was installed. Used the templet provided to drill the holes in the upper cabinets and the mounting bracket on the wall was almost identical. My neighbor helped me lift it into place. Installed the filters and made adjustments to the back exhaust. Perfect!

This product has a better handle for opening and closing. I was told by a best buy representative that my old one was discontinued because the handle fell of on a lot of people. The product is great but the customer services was even better. The installer did a great job and was very helpful. I have a best buy total membership and that 179.99 is worth every penny.

This microwave is very efficient is easy to install and easily cleaned. The buttons are responsive to the touch and the clock keeps good time. I've had microwaves before where the time lagged for more than a few minutes. Time is important to me. This clock doesn't not lag.
