    Microwave works great. The only issue I have is that I replaced with the same model but the new one has different mounting points. The left side lines up but the right side does not so I had to drill another hole in the cabinet. I hope it lasts and they maintain the same mounting points in the future.

    The microwave itself works fine. But there were some issues with the Greek squad install. The third party contractors who came out for the install were pretty incompetent. The first time they came, they couldn’t figure out how to undo the overhead mount of the old microwave. I had to do it myself. Then they came back to install. And they didn’t measure to figure out the old microwave was a quarter inch taller. They tried using the old mounting bar. When they showed me the finish, I could see it was not totally level. So I called them out on it. They had to remount it. Not very professional.

    This is our 2nd one, the first one quit right before the warranty was up. This one seems to be heating better and not as loud. I would buy it again .

    We needed a new microwave to replace one we'd had for 12 years. We had just purchased a stainless steel refrigerator so wanted to match it. The one we got was rated good on Consumer Reports at number 3. The control panel is quite different than our old one but it does have some new features I'm getting used to using. It looks very nice and very pleased with it.
