I had a contractor install it and it made the noise the second day , removed it and checked everything and it still makes the noise. I need to contact GE to see my options.

I barely had it installed so I did not realize it did not heat up until today. It turns on, it spins and lights work but it does not heat up

So far, we are very pleased with it. I do like the "express cook" 1-minute increments, + the add 30 seconds feature.

She loves it and is super happy with it! (Fyi dad got a battery powered weed eater & leaf blower)

Overall happy

We have always been so worried about width and this one is perfect for standard openings. It is however about 1/2 inch shorter than most and exposed drywall.
