Looked great until I wiped the front.

You can only use a very soft cloth to wipe it clean as it is very delicate. I used a dish cloth and a paper towel to wipe the surface and it is now covered in scratches. My fault for not reading the manual on cleaning the front, but I assumed a high use appliance would be more sturdy.

I'd rather have one that doesn't default to Express Cooking. To get a specific time, you have to press another button for cook time and then enter the number of seconds and/or minutes. It's also the kind of stainless steel finish that shows fingerprints more readily. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to.
