We have been searching for a new microwave for our new home. Best Buy had the exact one we wanted. The employee was very helpful in providing us with the help for the purchase. Have tried rubber washers on all the screws and using rubber spacers between cabinetry and microwave. Other than that, we love it.

Best Buy is the only place that I could find it at let alone walk out the door with it right after I walked in the door for one. Exactly what I was looking for, thanks Best Buy!

Then wait 2 days and return to the local store for pick up. The new unit is working good. I don't recommend buying an open box, the discount don't make up for trips for missing items and reorder time!

The decision to stay with the same GE model was because it being an easy fit over the range and we did like the former one but-unfortunately it just completely stopped working . The newer one doesn’t seem to be exactly the same there are some changes, only slight ones and the microwave doesn’t seem as sturdy either. Hoping this will last a bit longer, since when it was replaced it was like brand new. Wondering if there was a defect. As far as recommending this product I probably would have to wait and see if this Microwave has a longer life before doing any recommending

OK for the Price and Does the Job

It is not easy to use and the design is clunky. I first notice the time display is hard to read because the light behind the : in between the numbers is so bright the numbers are hard to see. The touch screen requires a hard press to enter the selection. For people who are not strong or who have hand pain this is difficult. The sound when opening and closing the door is loud. I needed to stay with this color and now wish I had spent more. It is OK for the price and does the job.
