Wonderful microwave, great features. Recommend!!!!

Exactly what i needed - fits space perfectly and was an awesome price. With Total Tech purchase I received extra warranty and installation. Awesome price.

We bought this for my mother in law since she no longer has sufficient motor skills and a difficulty pushing buttons. Totally simple operation, good heating of food and has this model has enabled her to once again use a microwave, which is so helpful for independent living.

Got this new microwave as a replacement for my 15 year old microwave. This model and stainless steel body is shining all over. Very good features that you will find in most of the microwaves. I would definitely recommend this one to my friends. Right now it’s on sale at Best Buy. Too good for its price.

I was looking for and over the range microwave to replace the one I had on my counter. This one fit the bill perfect it had all the features I was looking for but especially I did not want one that was dark on the inside just so you could tell when it was dirty. The one I was replacing was a GE and this one is a GE and I am very comfortable with GE products. If you are looking for a microwave I would highly suggest this one.

This Microwave works well, it is easy to use and looks great.

Bestbuy has been my go to for electronics as well as kitchen and house appliances.

I installed the microwave by myself and found the instructions a little complicated to understand. The door caught in the upper left corner and I couldn't find any on-line help. Loosening some bolts and screws solved the problem. A back-lighted touch pad would get 5 stars.

This is an affordable and well-made microwave oven. It does what we use it for here at home and more.

The micro is working great and the install was a breeze with the two installers who were here approximately 15 minutes. They were considerate careful and very pleasant to deal with. I w ish all workers were this good.

I needed a new over the stove microwave in white to replace the one that failed. Best Buy had the best price for the GE model and it was in stock. I was pleased with the ease of purchasing. A young man in customer service helped me after a short wait that the floor salespeople were busy. A nice young lady brought it out and loaded it for me.

Nice microwave - vents out top and back so easy for installation. Buttons get dirty easily but can be cleaned with a simple wipedown

I was not interested in a bunch of fancy add ons for this microwave but did want one that had the Express touch buttons where you just touch 1 for one minute and up to 6 for six minutes plus has the add 30 extra seconds button. Also needed the inside venting option. We used Best Buy for installation and they did a great and efficient job.

I bought this as a replacement for my 10-year-old GE microwave. It does the basic things you expect from a microwave so no complaints there. Some annoyances but not deal breakers: - The layout of the buttons is terrible... well... not intuitive. It wouldn't matter as much if you could read them in the evening but since they are not backlit, and the letters are gray on top of black, it's very difficult to impossible to distiguish them without turning the light on. So either I have to turn the light on and press the correct button, or you memorize where things are. The microwave light SHOULD be at the bottom of the keypad close to the light that will get turned on... well nope, it's in a random place. The "Add 30-seconds" button is Not the same as the "Start" as my old microwave (which now I know was so much simpler/intuitive).. It's also located at a random place. And opening/closing the door is not smooth. I hope it won't break anytime soon... time will tell. But again, it does the basic functionality that a microwave is supposed to do, so everything else while annoying is not that big of a deal.

On the lower end for price, so feels a bit more cheaply made than the GE unit it replaced (door sounds a bit hollow when closing for example). But it's done the job we need it to do (make food hot) reliability for a year now. Happy I didn't pay double for the higher end model.
