I am rating this ad the kind of microwave it is. It is not a high end one, but does a fantastic job for the purpose I needed it for.

Being able to download the PDF from the install from Best Buy would help a lot count me make the measurements that I made it to know when the install was super easy with female blood have all the measurements right install at grace thats the main thing haven't used it yet

No frills microwave and matches the other brands/appliances in the bisque/ off white color. The only hesitation to 5 stars is the interface is a little frustrating and takes getting used to. If you hit 'Timer' it goes into timer set mode and hitting cancel doesn't clear it back you have to him 'Timer' again. The timer button also happens to be right below the cook time button so I didn't learn my lesson the first time. Takes some getting used to.

This microwave is so much better than the one that was installed when the house was built. Great value.

Purchased this for my sister after her microwave of 25 years gave up the ghost. She loves it. The installer was outstanding and made her double happy.

Replaced an older GE unit and this one fit right in it's place and operates quietly. Have been pleased.

I was worried it would not fit in since i was replacing an old microwave but it was perfect. I like the option of turning off the turntable. i don’t like the way the numbers are displayed when in use, you can barely see the number 1. Overall good purchase for the price.

Bought in June and works great. Best Buy delivered, removed prior hood, installed new microwave. All done quickly and professionally.

Great microwave for the price. The finish and quality is quite nice. GE is a reputable brand that has been in the business for years. It has great power and the touchpad is easy to use.

has most necessary features. the sides of the unit appear to be cheap plastic and rub up against the cabinet doors a bit, but not a big problem. For an inexpensive unit, quality is very good. Installers from the GEEK squad were excellent and very clean.

It's priced like an entry level and feels like one when it comes to the door and buttons and operating concept. but it make my food hot and looks ok.

Excellent delivery, and removal of old unit. Installation of new unit timely and well done. Explanation of how to operate and instructions provded by installer.

I like the fit and operation on the unit. If I could say anything negative would be that it would be nice if there was just a little backlighting on the control panel buttons so you could see them in the dark.

Looks great, easy to clean. Does the cooking thing, too.

Works well. Solid machine. Control pad options are not real intuitive, so it takes a bit of adjusting to learn how to use it. I wish the defrost feature was a bit easier/clearer to use. Overall, it's a good product

Microwave performs great. It was easy to install however the template was a little off. If the bracket is mounted as per the template, the microwave is about 1/8 inches high. It was an easy fix though simply by loosening the screws and let the bracket slide down the wall and retighten. I hung it by myself also, so it isn't too heavy to work with.

First of all, I was happy to get the color I wanted to match the rest of my appliances. Bisque isn’t easy to find. The microwave itself is amazing. It cooks our favorites to perfection.

The microwave fit in the space I have over the stove, which was my main reason for buying it. It heats efficiently, though it is a bit loud. My major complaint is the door. It is slightly misaligned so when it is closed there is not the level line you expect at the top of the unit. Plus it closes with a very loud clack, which makes me think that it won't be long before the door latch will fail altogether. The unit was not particularly expensive, so maybe that is what you get at this price level.

Exceeded my expectations on how it works and how it looks. I had it installed by Best Buy and it came out great.
