Microwave great. Fits in where it has to go fine. Installers did a great job installing and taking the old one out and disposing it. Alex--who came out and measured was wonderful to work with. I am now a cheerleader for Best Buy

Have only used it for a week, so I can only say so much. It is a basic unit and it works as expected so far. I chose GE, hoping that the mounting system would be the same as my last two GE units, but it was not the same. A new mounting plate and new holes in the upper cabinet had to be made for this one. My two previous GE units were purchased 13 and 6 years ago; the microwave is our most used appliance and they just don't last as long as they used to. The very first one we had lasted 12 years (it was not a GE brand, but I'm not sure it matters).

This was a needed replacement for basically the same model, only much older. It works great and fit the same space exactly.

This microwave is performing well. We had to replace a Samsung one we had for about 5 years. We went with a GE because if the company's reputation and the value for the price.

The first one came damaged but was replaced. It works wonderfully!!

Great microwave lots of features if I could just make a suggestion if you can afford the one with the touchless non fingerprint one didn't buy that one that one's worth it. The install was a nightmare only because I had to take the old one down

Purchased this microwave based on Consumer Reports review and high ratings of power, reliability, and quietness for reasonable price and so far (using it for 6 weeks) I'm very pleased. We installed it ourselves and the instructions were relatively easy to follow.

It is a nice stainless steel finish microwave with classic look and functional. The functions are simple and easy to use. This is the same model I replaced after 14 years so am happy with the life.

I prefer GE appliances and although I was unable to receive everything I initially ordered, I did receive this microwave. It was installed as ventless and is very quiet. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Thanks to all the other great reviews on the microwave, I was able to pick this one out. Had it for a year now and we love it. Works great (knock on wood). Love the easy controls and it has enough power.

This replaces the microwave we had for about 8-10 years. It is the same size and updated model. it operates exactly the same.

this is one of the nicest undercounter microwaves we have ever purchased. It looks good installed, the range vents work beautifully and the added features are great. The light under the microwave can be dimmed to a night light if you want. The food comes out beautifully done. This is a fine product. I highly recommend it!

The microwave looks good but it seems to be having an issue with the door if you don't close it just right it wont run. Just waiting to see how it does before the warranty runs out. Otherwise it seems to work fine.

We did not need anything super fancy, but this microwave has enough bells and whistles to suit our needs. Heats and cooks food efficiently. The exhaust fan works well. Great surface light. Love that I can stop the turntable if I want. Also, like the push button to add thirty seconds, if needed.

This is my second GE Microwave, It works great, looks great and a good addition to my kitchen.
