Same look and feel and price was competitive. Not much of a selection with the COVID-19 problems but able to get this one in a few days. Very happy with the product.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the relatively good surface light compared to other models we looked at.

Easy to install with two people. Replaced a 23 year old over the range microwave. The only feature I wish it had is a night light mode.

No need to pysh a start button. Only issue is that I needed one with a finished sides. Well, the finished side is really not as the BB agent described. It's not really designed to be exposed on a side, which is what I needed and asked for. But it had to be installed that day, so I am stuck with it.

It looks very nice and no complaints from tenants. Definitely have Best Buy install! They know what they are doing and can do it quickly and save you from the frustration.

Mounting it was kind of a bear; also, the tray that rotates on the bottom of it is a little flimsy. Won't iron your shirts or take out the trash (WHY NOT, GE, SHOW ME SOMETHING), but a steady appliance so far.
