I am very pleased with the performance of the microwave so far. It was deeper than my last microwave so that it sticks out beyond the adjoining cabinets. My prior microwave looked better aesthetically, but this is acceptable

Works great and made in the USA would buy again fit right were the other one was looks great

Has been working perfectly for a month and a half and was easy to install since I previously had a GE so it used the same mounting bracket.

Love the stainless steel. After extensive research I’ve come to realize only to buy GE, Frigidaire, or kitchen aid! No LG or Samsung bcz they break way faster. The look and performance of this microwave is amazing.

I installed this microwave in my rental unit and I have had no complaints over the last year.

Basic microwave that works like it should. Easy install. The fan is quiet compared to the last two GE overhead microwaves I have owned. I would recommend if you need a good basic over-range microwave.

« Open box - excellent » shouldn’t describe an over-the-range microwave without ANY hardware (brackets, screws, templates), a turntable, or instructions. It’s NOT sellable - let alone « excellent ». When returning it the store manager was sullen (probably because I interrupted his hanging out with the guys at the entrance (also had to interrupt their chat to ask them to move so I could roll the cart into the store)). He never said hello, welcome, sorry, etc - just looked angry and typed on and on leaving me standing there not knowing what he was doing or why. Was he looking for a replacement? Was he changing it to « unsellable » status? I didn’t know until I’d been standing there in silence for several minutes. The female team member was very polite and nice - but this manager has been promoted above his abilities. I haven’t shopped BB much in years - and this confirms I’ll keep using the mail-order/delivery giant going forward.

Microwave works well looks great! The delivery was not acceptable supposed to call before coming time given 130p-4. Came at 12n of course i was not home!

This was our second purchase of this model in 5 years. We looked for a different brand, but it fits the space and has the features we like for a good price (Express cook, defrost by weight or time, kitchen timer and ability to turn off the turntable.) Two drawbacks are the keypad isn't lit and long term durability. The last one starting blowing the circuit if we opened the door before stopping or pausing cooking; eventually it wouldn't run at all. Sadly for the landfill, it is cheaper to replace than fix. Paid for geeksquad with this one.

I like this ge microwave. It replaced another old ge microwave. I could not install it as the template is different. Home dept installed it for $130

This unit replaced a 10 year old GE with similar specs. This one is quieter and should last awhile. The only problem I had with the last one was the keypad that started failing at the 10 year mark. The cost to replace it was about half the price of this new model, so it was a no brainer. This keypad seems very stiff, so I'm hoping it can last 10 years also. This unit was priced very competively so that also had a big factor in getting this one.

This replacement is very cheaply made! Very thin; inside not as deep; inside gets extremely hot when night light is on; missing convenient food cycle recommendations. The only pro is that the price was reasonable.

I've had a couple of these microwaves. They only seem to last a couple of years, but at the price point, that's OK. My husband and I were able to install this ourselves.

Install was relatively easy for "not-so-handy" handyman. Fit up exactly into an old house cabinets, and fit the roof venting location that was already there. Light is nice and bright and

Looks great above my stove. The only drawback is that It is louder than my previous microwave when cooking. Good deal for the price.

I bought this as a replacement for a discontinued model. It works awesome. The only down side was it did not come with a new wall mount bracket so I had to alter the existing one I had. Other then that it is great.

This microwave was a great purchase. The microwave is efficient and the fan is not too loud. The black color is nice, and it fits easily into the space provided. I highly recommend this microwave.
