It is more powerful than the one it is replacing and therefore it takes less time to cook or heat up your food. The extra features are a bonus. I have no complaints.

We did self installation and its hard to believe that you purchase something that you have to take apart in places and insert items before installation. Over all a great product

Mounting it was kind of a bear; also, the tray that rotates on the bottom of it is a little flimsy. Won't iron your shirts or take out the trash (WHY NOT, GE, SHOW ME SOMETHING), but a steady appliance so far.

The vent fan speeds (low and high) seem to be the same. Also I would love for the control pad to be back lit.

If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. The 2- gentleman was able to mount the microwave in 20 minutes and was perfectly installed. Showed my granddaughter hoe to used it and answered all her questions!
