We are very pleased with this microwave so far. It is really quiet and cooks well. The light inside the microwave could be a little brighter...maybe on both sides rather than on one side.

This is a good microwave it heats fast and the clock is so much brighter than my last ge which died and its still selling now but this one was cheaper and it works better

Has everything you need (express cook buttons for 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc, popcorn button, surface light with 2 settings (bright & more dim), add 30 second button, timer button), works perfect, looks really nice (black & stainless steel).

Works good for the price, kind of wish the light was brighter or white.

This microwave has met all my expectations. I was also pleased when the gentleman who installed it said it versatile for external or internal exhaust. The pricing was also excellent based on my research.

This is a good product at a good price. I would buy again.

Had the same previous one but it only lasted 2 years but we use it a lot. Hopefully we can get a longer use out of this one

We first purchased this as an open box item listed in excellent condition in preparation for a kitchen remodel. When it was installed 3 months later, we discovered that the door didn't fit right and it had some dings in it - hardly excellent condition. We worked with the local Best Buy store which was very cooperative in taking back the unit and replacing it with a new one. The microwave itself works fine. We like the 2 speed exhaust fan and the ability to turn off the turntable when microwaving larger dishes which won't rotate.

It does the job and fits perfectly above my stove.

I have owned this model for exactly 10 days and a few minutes ago, it started making a buzzing sound out of nowhere while simultaneously the display screen blinked randomly. I tried unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back to attempt to resolve the issue but that has failed. I’m heading to the store as soon as they open tomorrow morning and hopefully I can exchange this piece of junk.

It iIs a good machine. I really like it. It fit in the alloted space perfectally.

Microwave worked fine for about 2 years, but then display driver failed so that numbers constantly flicker and are illegible. It still heats but not possible to see the cook time on the led display. Others experienced the same issue as described in this reddit article. It's looking like there is no cost-effective fix and the whole unit will need to be replaced. Works perfect and was easy to install. Would recommend having a second person help lift but other than that was a breeze

I purchased this microwave to replace an existing microwave that had quit working. The directions were easy to follow and the installation was fairly simple. I am very pleased.

I like the microwave but the clock on it isn't very good, but it does the job so I won't complain about the clock. Other than that it is a very descent basic microwave.

Very impressed with the product. Nice, easy to install and good quality. Overall very good experience. Will see how it performs in the long run and will update. But for now very satisfied.

With so many choices it's not easy to decide which one to buy. Fortunately my sales man helped out a lot. So glad he did. This microwave suits my needs perfectly. Easy to use!

This is my second unit. First one lasted over five years. Easy to install. Easy to operate. This was first time I used curbside pickup, it was quick 5 minutes and I was out of there.

A middle of the road, basic, plastic unit. Overhead light is only ONE light in the middle; leaving the sides in the shadows/dark. The buttons layout could be better positioned. For a HEAT/RE-HEAT unit, the price is a bit high. I am giving this unit a 5 yr lifespan.
