Purchased this to replace an over-the range microwave that died quite some time ago. We've had it 3 months now and are very happy with it. No complaints.

Fit perfectly into my existing space (replaced a 14year old over the range microwave) and it works well.

I was able to order online and pick up on the day I was to be in Victoria. It only took a couple of days. I was in and out in 10 minutes with help to load it in my car. The only thing I didn't understand was being enrolled in a program that would save me each time I ordered, and they charged me $1.97 initially, so I had to cancel in order not to pay $12.00/month membership fee. I don't remember the name and Best Buy employees didn't know about it either.

Only negative is the key pad hard to see , should have a back light when you touch pad. Otherwise a great product.

This one is working great. It may not have the extra frills, like the melt button, but has all the basics necessary to cook, reheat, pop popcorn. Nothing bad to say about it. Great for value.

Such a great microwave. My one decided to stop working, but this would was an open box option that was easy to install and continues to work very well.

This GE Over-The-Range Microwave is just the basic model---nothing fancy---but it does the basics just fine. Which is all I need. Very user friendly. No complaints so far at all.

Right when I needed to nuke a dish in my microwave it failed me. My most faithful appliance just couldn’t perform anymore Off to Best Buy purchased same model and had it installed by the technician. When you need a replacement item and it’s in stock brings down the level of tension in your life

This is my second GE over the range microwave, and I purchased another one because I liked the first one a lot. I'm only giving this one 4 stars because the surface light is not as bright as my previous model. This one has one 40watt two pin bulb instead of the two screw in appliance bulbs the previous model had.

Starting with the sales rep and ending with the installation my experience was way above my expectations. So happy I purchased my microwave at Best Buy.

In stock and curbside worked great. Fit in the space for it perfectly and fit on the existing wall bracket just right. Operates perfectly

The microwave is great; however, it took Best Buy way longer than promised to have it available for pick up.

We replaced our 14-year microwave with this model, an excellent choice. Works exactly as expected, installation was straightforward, defrost and thaw functions do their jobs.

Priced competitively. Replaced a similar GE microwave and color matched well. Simple to use with all the features that I wanted.

Excellent replacement for exact same oven that had operated gor 15 yesrs. Just removed and replaced without any mods. Good value.

Very good buy for the money. I had one for 10 years by GE just like this one. I hope this one will last as long.
