This microwave is a great product and fits in with the other appliances. The delivery process was not as good. The product was delivered 3 hours late.

In stock and curbside worked great. Fit in the space for it perfectly and fit on the existing wall bracket just right. Operates perfectly

Purchased this to replace an over-the range microwave that died quite some time ago. We've had it 3 months now and are very happy with it. No complaints.

Microwave worked fine for about 2 years, but then display driver failed so that numbers constantly flicker and are illegible. It still heats but not possible to see the cook time on the led display. Others experienced the same issue as described in this reddit article. It's looking like there is no cost-effective fix and the whole unit will need to be replaced. Such a great microwave. My one decided to stop working, but this would was an open box option that was easy to install and continues to work very well.

Great microwave. Eeplaced a okder version didnt even need to switch out the wall bracket. Easy instalation recomended to do it between 2 persons.

Only negative is the key pad hard to see , should have a back light when you touch pad. Otherwise a great product.

Absolutely love it! We purchased a Samsung over the range microwave a few years ago. We had problems from day 1! This one seems to be much better!

Awesome microwave,, my previous one just broke down and I was able to replace it with about the same model, just updated and it works great.

We bought this two years ago based on a CR Best Buy designation. The microwave works well - evenly heating a variety of foods. We don’t use defrost that often, but it’s by far the best and most even of any microwave I’ve used. The exhaust fan function is powerful but has become very loud over time. We are not venting outside because of the location of the microwave, but it is disappointing.

We had the same model before when we moved in our home and bought this one to replace it when it went out . fits perfect and works just fine love it

We bought this microwave to replace a similar model that only lasted about 10 years when the touch controls broke. It's easy to use and works great. Hopefully this one will last longer.

I fell in love with GE slate color appliances i didnt want to have the same as everyone else with the stainless steel and so many were complaining about fingerprints. So when i saw this color it spoke to me i order the refrigerator stove and microwave. Microwave i bought at best buy the others were purchased else where well long story short its falling apart first the inside frame broke off then the trim on the botton and part of the handle, now i have to buy a new one i hope it lasts, i have no choice since i have to keep the color trend iand ive only had it less than 3 years. The other downfall is the keypad should have a light difficult to see i practice learning where the buttons are that i use most often like learning braille.

Quiet. Don't even know it's working. Reheats food perfectly. Fan and lighting is great. Wish it had better features like melting butter, etc...
