In the short time that I have had this microwave it works just as well as the one it replaced.

I got this to replace the one that came with our house and it was the closest I could find to match it. .instalation was easy and it's a lot quieter than the old one.

works great! looks great. great price. (we are not using external venting option, so can't vouch for that.)

Avoid it if you can. Trips breakers and eventually dies. Buy extra warranty! I’ve been through 3 of these and they last couple years at best. The only reason I buy this model is because of not having to drill additional holes in the cabinet. 1) 2018 purchase: this one lasted for 6 months and then spent 3 months in repair (under warranty) and finally died in 2020 Issue one: door switches faulty Issue two: sensors died Issue three: High Voltage transformer died 2) 2016 purchase: door switches died, keypad died 3) 2014 purchase: Turntable motor died, keys stopped working GE space maker: 2000- 2014! Zero issues!

Excellent microwave for the price. No special features or bells and whistles but works great and was easy to install.

Picked up from Best Buy. Took it home and installed. Every thing went just fine. The microwave was in great shape when unpacked.

Upgraded our 10-yr old GE microwave that we purchased from Best Buy. For Black Friday, Best Buy provided the best online experience to compare models, capabilities and options. Our new GE microwave was scheduled for installation within a week, and we were back to heating and eating meals so quickly. And Best Buy setup the haul away and recycle of our old microwave.

This model replaces a 15-year-old predecessor. We liked that one a lot, so we thought that we'd try this one. So far, so good. All of the same kinds of features with popcorn, potatoes, defrosting, quick times for various minutes, add 30 seconds, etc. The bonus is that this microwave is really quiet, actually much quieter than our old one. The only minor complaint is that the clock is difficult to read from a distance, because the numbers are too close together. Oh well, doesn't affect the performance of the oven. Overall we are very pleased.

I have no complaints with my over the stove microwave nor do I have any negative feedback regarding the installer. Done quickly and no leftover mess.

We purchased this for a rental property, and it installed with ease. Looks great too, and functions as expected. Not a bad price either!

Have had this microwave for 6 months now. Installed it myself (even though I was under the impression I purchased installation). Delivery crew was your basic drop and run group, but the microwave is fine. Works as stated in the description. It is a pretty basic microwave that does it's job. Time heats are what I would expect them to be. Some microwaves 3 minute water heat barley gets the water warm, this one boils tap water cold to boiling in 3 minutes. So all in all worth the money.
