Looks nice and works great. Wasn’t too difficult to install either. Overall satisfied with this purchase.

We purchased this microwave for our renters, and they love it. It's the perfect size, and it works well.

I asked for the brushed nickel and they gave me white. The sales person wasn’t much hep and the he gives me the wrong microwave even after I questioned him and cashier about the difference in price. The microwave works well but the sales people need a little retraining.

We replaced another over the range microwave. We could not get it to fit until we realized there was a new hanger attached to the back of the microwave. It cooks well. The range light is bright. The biggest drawback is that one cannot read the control buttons in dim light. The lettering is light on black, but not visible without the full overhead light turned on.

Hard to find white these days, but this one has good features at a good price with an easy install.

These are not the easiest things to install above a stove. Measurements need to be exact especially if installed between two cabinets. Comes with a template but it’s kinda difficult to get the holes in the cabinet to line up exact with existing holes in microwave. Other than that it works nice. So far so good. Oh, and make sure you turn exhaust blower motor if not venting out to existing vent duct.

Was a replacement for the same model that I purchased 12 months prior. Works great as it should. We like the look of it.

Purchased as a gift. Reasonable price compared to other stores. Good quality and easy install instructions. Would recommend.

I think I'll like using the over the range microwave, I just now got it installed. I wish I could have a user manual.. it should come with the appliance! I purchased it a month ago.

The microwave itself works fine. But there were some issues with the Greek squad install. The third party contractors who came out for the install were pretty incompetent. The first time they came, they couldn’t figure out how to undo the overhead mount of the old microwave. I had to do it myself. Then they came back to install. And they didn’t measure to figure out the old microwave was a quarter inch taller. They tried using the old mounting bar. When they showed me the finish, I could see it was not totally level. So I called them out on it. They had to remount it. Not very professional.

We love this microwave. The turn table failed after a day. I contacted GE and was able to set up an appointment through one of their repair shops. They contacted me very quickly and were out fast and fixed the problem as fast as they could even having to wait on parts. GE also contacted to make sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. The service was excellent and will for sure but GE appliances in the future.

With best buy is always easy to buy something they have great service and the product is like described, this microwave is perfect for what i needed

Great microwave for the price. Small enough to fit on the counter and strong enough to cook and heat any meals.

I checked reviews, checked features and this looked like the best deal under $200 so I bought and I would again.

This microwave is "OK", but...... We got it to accent our new GE cookstove. I gave it a 4-star because the touch pad is not the easiest to use and I don't like a microwave above the stove. Hot items are easy to spill when taking from this microwave. We had to replace on old, worn-out microwave above the stove when we bought this house. So, we had to have an above-the-stove microwave. I'm keeping our counter top microwave and use it more often!

This is a good mid priced microwave oven. Installation was a little tricky with the template instructions for the bolt holes not as explicit as it could have been. It would have been nice to replace a GE microwave of the same size having the same bolt pattern so no new holes have to be drilled. Other than that it is a very good replacement for my old GE microwave
