Very happy with my choice of this "mid-level" GE microwave! It has all the features I cared about - one-touch cooking, competent fan, convenient light placement, and the right form factor to replace my old microwave - without anything flashy or unnecessary. I did a fair amount of research, but some unexpectedly-nice bonuses have been the very-readable display (can tell time across the room now!), and a much-less-obscured stovetop because this microwave isn't nearly as deep as its more-expensive cousins.

it was easy to install and the cooking buttons are easy to use

Unfortunately the microwave was missing parts and the manual, so although I saved a little money buying it "open box", I had to waste time figuring out how to install it without the bracket, screws, correct plate, and I had to buy the missing grease filters. I called Best Buy to get the filters, but they said that since it's open box, they were not required to help me.

This replaced a 14 year old unit. seems good and hope it works as long as the last one.

I recently remodeled bought this item for my mom she loves it. It is a bigger item so make sure you look at the dimensions.

Is a good product for the price. Easy to install. I just remove the old one and I used the same frame for this one.

Great microwave, easy enough to install on my own. Only lost three fingers during the install process. Cooks foods good

Works well, does not have a lot of power. Seems to take longer to cook.

Instructions are easy to follow. Be careful using the template to make sure its perfectly in place, mark the holes before drilling.

This is a nice simple and basic appliance that is well made and easy to keep clean.

After researching over the stove microwaves via Consumer Reports I found this model an excellent choice for quality, and customer satisfaction.

Replaced the exact same microwave from 2017. Should have been a quick swap but the bracket and bolt configuration changed making it more difficult to install. Good item for the price. The buttons are not as sensitive and you do have to press harder on them to get them to work.

Good microwave, can't complain. Only thing I had trouble with and noticed online others did as well, is the light bulb going out within a week of buying it. It took some time to find out what light bulb to replace it with because theres nothing on the manual that talks about it.

This microwave was purchased to replace an older microwave that quit working. I bought the same brand, GE. The microwave works fine, but the quality of materials used to manufacture the new oven seem cheap. The older GE oven felt sturdy when you closed it. This oven seems very light and has a plastic feel to it.

This microhood is perfect to suit our needs. Looks great, has plenty of power and the option to vent outside or recycle the air is helpful

I bought this microwave to replace a previous generation that stopped working, thinking it would use the same mounting brackets and would be easy to replace, but the newer model has been re-engineered in every way and I have all new holes in my cabinet and wall. It’s nothing fancy, but has the basic features and performs fine.
