    I purchased a microwave and I am satisfied with the product. the installer was quite professional and cleaned up after the installation What I did not get was a owners guide to making sure i i am working with it properly.     It has a very nice look after it was put in. I have not used it to heat food as it is for a rental but settings on display gave a nice feel to them and appear to function correctly

    With drill and templet the unit was neasy to replace old unit. Like the new features over the GE unit it replaced.

    I bought this microwave online. I was trying to find a microwave that will fit in my kitchen to replace the old one that went bad. I couldn't find one in other stores they where to big. Until i found this one and it fit perfectly. The only thing is that the buttons light is not that bright. For somebody that can't see good. Other than that good microwave.

    It's an over-the-range microwave and works as expected. One thing to watch out for is that just because you had a GE microwave before, it doesn't mean that the holding screws will be in the same location. I found out the hard way. May sure you double check the location of the screws. The holding plate in the back should work fine.

    We purchased this microwave to replace the last GE over-the-range microwave we had for about 5 years. It is a little loud and not as powerful as the last microwave, but it works fine so far. The Best Buy process for purchase and installation was efficient. Overall, we are pleased with this purchase.

    This was a replacement unit for a 15 year old GE Profile that died after many years of good service. This new microwave works well and has the basic features we use. Only issue was that the first unit delivered had a wonky turntable - it jerked and thunked when rotating. Best Buy delivered a new one that works fine. A bit of a pain to replace as I did not pay to have them do it.
