It looks nice, works quickly and does a decent job of heating evenly. For the price it was a great purchase. The only slight negative I can think of is that the handle has a firm click and feels a little light weight compared to the effort to pull open

Easy installation and has all the features that are necessary for a microwave.

Microwave works great. I prefer the GE models with the instant start buttons--just one push and I have from 1/2 to 6 minutes of cooking. My model has the second level shelf brackets but I have not used that feature. The one feature that would be very nice is a capacitor in the clock circuit to keep the clock time during power company switching. Even a two second capability would work.

My husband and I bought this and installed it a few weekends ago. The template provided may not match up so double check that before drilling holes. If you are using it to recirculate, you will need a charcoal filter available from GE direct.

The microwave is fine, the 5 stars are for the installers. FANTASTIC service! In and out in 15 min, polite respectful they even vacuumed before leaving.

Slowly replacing all my almond/bisque appliances with stainless and the wife said it was time for the microwave. Our old GE was surprisingly similar to this one (and still working great after 12 years) with the buttons and features, but the new one is a little larger (good) and now matches more of the other appliances. Only two very slight issues - buttons are harder to push and the over-range light bulb is different so I couldn't reuse the LED from the old microwave. You need to replace the bulb with an LED for it to be brighter on this one too.

Over-the-range microwave looks great and is operating as expected. We were limited on options as it needed to be white to match other appliances, and also the same size as our old one which was also a GE. The clock light is much brighter which we like. Also managed to get it on sale!

It works better than Samsung Microwave. It evenly heats all items including the ones that are very thin, like tortilla. Samsung microwaves were unable to heat thin items. They had to kept on an inverted box to raise the height. In Samsung, the items placed next to each other took longer time to heat versus stacked one above the other.

The install it easy and color match with my oven.REally good,I like it.

Pretty easy to install. Screw and plug positions have moved since my last GE microwave.
