    It took some doing drilling this into a tile backsplash but I got it in perfect and level. Heats food way better than our old microwave ever did and 2 minutes is more than enough time for most of our reheating operations. It took at least 4 minutes with our old dorm size clunker.

    Same brand microwave I purchased some years ago with a few different features which was to be expected. Exhaust fan seems louder on both low or high speed and there is only one light under the microwave instead of two.

    I bought this to replace an older model that had run its course. I was hoping the installation was easy since I was just swapping out models, however, GE updated the configuration of the screw placement on the back of the unit and I had to go and reaffix the new backplate to my kitchen wall. Totally installation time is under 3 hours and directions could be somewhat better. I am happy with the product overall and hope it lasts another 5 years like my last one.
