The door has some weird discoloration on it that was not easy to see until it was installed. My elderly parents could not deal with having to pay to have it installed, then uninstalled, then put in again. It would have cost more than the microwave itself.

Noisy, but nice

This model is great, but it doesn't offer nearly the number of options my Advantium did. My only complaint is it's really noisy.

You'd ask, "Why do you keep buying it if you give it only three stars?" Well, in an unfulfilled hope that I would be able to remove my old broken one, put there a new one, screw in the bolts, and be done with it. No way. They are changing something every time - like positions of the holes you have to drill in the shelf above the microwave. If they kept positions and design of their connection hardware the same year over year, I'd have given it five stars.

It would be nice if this product came with some printed instructions. What is a person do who doesn’t have Wi-Fi or no printer. I ended up printing out 22 pages!
