There was a short in the electronics that would make it periodically shut on and off. It’s got a decent aesthetic look to it but the build quality is far from being good. I tried it a second time around so far it’s lasted three months. Only reason why I bought it again is because I didn’t feel like changing out the plate on the back. Sad that companies don’t warranty their products for longer than you get them out the door anymore. I’d say purchased this at your own risk.

I remember when you could buy an appliance and it was good as long as you stuck with a name brand. Gone are the days. It can do water. 3 minutes a cup. Anything more complicated than that you will find yourself nuke it till the cows come home till it warms up an area. Things I cooked before with our previous one takes way longer with this one. And I continued to get bagged about warranty. Which has ended after a year. I don’t have disposable income nor do I want disposable appliances. Try something else.

I did end up getting the right color and the product works great! Just a very poor experience with best buy...

This one has a very dark design and it's difficult to see what is happening (water boiling, etc.) - I also miss the one step to set seconds. Now I have to hit something first and then the seconds because it has the quick buttons. First world problems, I guess (or old dog, new tricks?).
